Flag SMPhilip Wanderer, Air Force Veteran, age 69, of Brookfield. Beloved husband of Debra Wanderer, nee Schumacher; fond father of Katie (Jon) Poulopoulos, Amanda (Carlos) Lazaro, Sara (Ian) Fitzgerald, and Jakob Wanderer; dear grandfather of Alex, Devan, Grace, Jack, Ava, Ella, Owen, and Mia; brother of Walter Wanderer, Jr., Rev. Douglas (Laurie) Wanderer, and the late Arthur (Ruthann) Wanderer.

Philip an avid gardener and amateur chef was happily married to the love of his life for over 40 years and his legacy will live on in his beloved children and grandchildren.

Visitation Thursday, February 3, 2022, from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield. Lying in State Friday February 4, 2022 from 10 A.M. to time of Service 11 A.M. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, corner of Park and Grant Ave, Brookfield.

Per State Mandate, all guests attending any indoor services are required to wear a mask.

Interment Chapel Hill Gardens West Cemetery, Oakbrook Terrace.
