Beloved husband of Ann Banaszak, nee Mizura, loving father of Jennifer Banaszak, brother of Rick (Sandy) Banaszak and Larry (Denise) Banaszak; uncle of Melissa Banaszak, Jon (Megan) Banaszak, Rebecca Banaszak, Heather (Lalo) Castorena, Andrea (Gerrit) Vyuk, Rachel Banaszak, David Banaszak, James Borden, Allison Borden, Tristan Borden and Christopher Mizura; great uncle of Katie Banaszak; brother-in-law to Deborah (James) Borden, Lloyd Mizura and the late Mark (Nancy) Mizura. Served the Town of Cicero as an auxiliary Policeman for twenty years.
