Dear Irene & family, Mike will be missed by all who had an opportunity to know him. He was a kind, warm and gentle soul. I know the group at McDonald's will miss him. Dr. Pill delivered our 1st born daughter, in 1982. He was a wonderful, thoughtful doctor, and tended to my next two pregnancies, though did not deliver. Because I am Czech, he used to call me, "His Little Dumpling". In my prayers, I will light a candle for him as he makes his way to heaven. With a goodbye smile, Jana Conev

Dear Aunt Irene and family, My deepest sympathy goes out to you and the rest of the family. Uncle Mike was a great man and loved by so many. Dr Pill Was a great person he worked at Macneal Hospital with me and taught me many things while we worked together. He became my doctor and delivered my daughter. I'm sure he will be missed by many. God Bless.

I am a friend of Cathys. Seen Pix and heard so much about Uncle Mike from her. I feel like I knew him and Aunt Irene. Sorry for the loss of this great man. I know he will be missed by all
