Beloved husband of the late Jacqueline Tlusty, nee Kollock, fond father of Michael (Mary Carol) Tlusty, Elaine Artale; dear grandfather of Karli Artale, Kristina Artale, Jennifer (Nick) Matkovich, Ryan (Meghan) Tlusty, Bradley (Sara) Tlusty and Mitchel Tlusty; great grandfather of Kevin, Louis, Emma, Luke and Jane; brother of William Tlusty and the late Frank Tlusty; brother in law of Raymond (the late Shirley) Kollock; uncle of Frank (Vicki) Tlusty, Ilene (Bill) Pedersen and Cindy Haney.

Lying in State Saturday, February 19, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. to time of Mass 11:00 A.M. at the Alexine Chapel, 1515 W. Ogden Ave. LaGrange Park. Please enter the Chapel by using the Eastside entrance.

Per State Mandate, all guests attending any indoor services are required to wear a mask.
