Our Deepest Condolences . We met Geri and Tom at Carl`s many years ago.What a blast we had everytime they visited.Geri loved the ocean and we loved her. Tom & Diane you know the special relationship with Aunt G. From a youngster to an adult she was always my favorite. I will miss her enerygy and thoughtfullness. She never missed my birthday in 50 years. The Packer vs Bear rivalry continues in heaven. Hopefully she is now having a G&T. Love, Bobby

Growing up in a very loving tight knit family, I only had to look at Geri, Carl, Karen, and Connie to see how rich and full our lives will be. You laughed, and loved and celebrated and grieved together. Now there is an empty place at the table and I know how incomplete that will make You feel, I know it intimately. She will always be missed, there will always come that moment when the next laugh should have been hers and the conversation will hesitate, and eyes will fill. But then memories will come, of her comments, her smiles, and the great affection you all share. Just know your loving family hasn't ended, it's only been interrupted, she is just away, and how wonderful the reunion will be. I want to share with all of you a piece by D. H. Lawrence that was received when Dwight left us. I read it occasionally and it gives solace. I hope it does the same for you. I stood watching as the little ship sailed out to sea. The setting sun tinted it's white sails with a golden light, and as she disappeared from sight a voice at my side whispered, "She is gone." But the sea was a narrow one. On the farther shore a little band of friends had gathered to watch and wait in happy expectation. Suddenly they caught sight of the tiny sail and, at the very moment when my companion had whispered, "She is gone" a glad shout went up in joyous welcome, "Here she comes!" I know Harry was in that crowd welcoming Geri along with Sophie and Vince. Love to you all and hope this brings some comfort. Sally

It was 60 years of laughter & tears.Comcast will go broke with those 10 o'clock calls not coming through! Also can't delete her e-mail.So the only comunication is through prayer.Marcella
