Francis J. McMillin, age 94, most recently of Lemont, formerly of North Port, Florida and Chicago. Army Veteran paratrooper. Chicago Fireman, 32 years. Beloved husband of the late Catherine C. McMillin, nee Sersich, loving father of Mary (the late Michael) Satterthwaite, Shaun McMillin, Christine (Thomas) Kelley, Matthew (Pamela) McMillin, and Joseph (Trina) McMillin; grandfather of Michael (Sheila) O’Connell, Erin Satterthwaite (and fiancé James), Lisa McMillin, Shaun (Katie) McMillin, Taylor McMillin, Vincent Levitt, Shannon Ryan, and Cassidy McMillin; great grandfather of Jaxson O’Connell, Bailey O’Connell, Hunter Miller, Emma McMillin, Mila McMillin, and Benjamin McMillin; brother of William (Shirley), George, Robert (Peggy), Jack (Ann), Donald (Eileen), Catherine (William) Bingham, Rose Eileen (John) Martin, and Mary Ann (Joseph) Leyden; uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cletus Church, 600 W 55th St, La Grange, IL 60525.
