Dear Horgan Family, Words cannot express the sorrow I share with you for the loss of Fran. She was the most loving, kindest and sweet person I got to know and had the privilege of working with her for many years. May Fran’s memory be a blessing to the family. She was the sweetest, kindest person I have ever worked with. She always had a kind thought and a sweet smile for everyone. Loved her taste in fashion and matching jewelry. She loved her family more than anything!
