Condolences
I am heartbroken over Denise’s death. I wish I could take back the years we were estranged but it is too late now. Thank you Ken for being such a thoughtful husband and caretaker. You gave her years of happiness and joy. I was her caretaker from the time she was born until high school years . I used to take her in her stroller to the RB football games and she loved it. I know she is at peace now. God bless you, Ken

Denise Lost her best school friend early in life and missed her very much. Loved sports, music and singing. Loved to talk about 50’s and 60's music. Loved to listen to her radio. I first met Denise when, along with a mutual friend Mary Mittag, we went to see, “Tony and Tina's Wedding. We all got to meet and talk to Frankie Avalon, who played Tony. It was a major highlight for Denise. I also remember fondly coming to your house. We played music and she wanted to teach me dance steps from those songs recalling when she was on American Bandstand. That afternoon we also looked at your wedding album. You both looked so happy and beautiful. She loved her parents and we shared family recipes together. She loved her Red Lobster and Westchester Inn, and what you, Ken, cooked at home; your ribs, turkey and much more. It’s not easy to be a caretaker, and you were a great husband. You did your very best to make her happy. She always said that you picked out beautiful clothes for her and also cards for people like me with meaningful phrases. I wish she could have been healthier and happier. I hope she is in a better place now, listening to her music and dancing. God saw her growing weary and he did what he thought best. He put his arms around her and said, "Come with me and rest". Wish we could have been there today with you, to comfort you and give you support. If not for some ongoing health issues we would have been. Know that in future days you can call us anytime for a talk or whatever. Denise will be missed. God Bless Love Phyllis & Tom Taras
