To the Lease family, I’m very sorry for your loss. No matter how much time passes we still feel the loss of our loved ones and view death as God does, an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) May you find comfort and hope in His promise at Revelation 21:3,4 that shows soon there will be no more death, and we can see our loved ones again. I got to know Dave (or as I he was called, Big Dave) through Bob Denton. Loved Dave like a brother and will always remember our times out on the Fox River enjoying what life was giving us at the time. I could always count on Big Dave providing all of us with the laughs and jokes that only he could pull off. Rest in Peace my brother.

I played hockey with and against Dave for many years in Cicero, and he was such a talented player--a man among boys. He was also a fun guy once you got to know him. Eternal Peace be yours, Dave.

Cathy, I'm sorry for the loss of David and our thoughts and prayers are for both of you. I have fond memories of you and Janet listening to The Jackson Five while David and I thought of ways to torment both of you. He was always the cousin I wish I was able to spend more time with. Gary

Dave is included in my earliest memories, filleting fish and drinking beer with my dad. Big Dave will be missed, off color jokes and all. Sad news.

To Cathy, Marty, Meghan and Terry I am very sorry for your loss of your Brother and Uncle. Everybody loved the Goon and I for one know how much he loved his family. He was larger than life. I will miss his adorable smile and his corny jokes and I will definitely miss being called "Bambi". God Bless all of you.
