To the Ritacca family, I met Carm about 12 yrs ago at a lunch attended by a group of mostly retired police officers. We hit it off immediately and had been friends ever since. We had similar Vouge Cadillacs and shared a similar sense of humor. I will miss Carm at all the lunches and the Christmas parties. He was a true gentleman and will be missed. God bless you all.

Blanca and family, Terry and I were so sorry to hear about your loss. You were very fortunate to experience life as a family with grandchildren. That is our biggest "miss" being here in FL is our 2 boys in Wheaton. We see them when we can they were here in Nov and we were there in June when Michelle donated her kidney to Matthew. Since the stroke I can't travel as much as we had planned. We learned that life is so short and live like tomorrow is not coming.

One of the very first times Sonny introduced his family to us, in our twenties in Orlando, Carm kept us all entertained. At the end of that trip, Carm and I shook hands and embraced as they departed back to Chicago. As the Ritacca’s we’re leaving, Carm said, “...take care of each other...”. Every time I visited with Carm over the years, since the Fall of 2001, he’d always say the same thing at the end of our visit. I know Carm has been proud of Sonny for taking care of all of us, and the boys and I will continue to take Carm’s advice and “take care of each other”. See you at home, Carm. To Sonny and the Ritacca Family, we love you all. Hang on to Revelation 21:4, which reminds us In Heaven, there is no more pain. With love, Taylor
