Having been close friends with Don and Mary Ann for nearly half a century, Jane and I find it difficult to express in words our appreciation of all that Don meant to us and our sense of loss at his passing. The wonderful memories of our times together will hopefully help compensate in part for the light that has gone out in our lives. We grieve together with Mary Ann and the family, and we send our best love and commitment to continue our friendship in the future.

    Dear Recht Family,
Mr. Recht (as we used to call him), was filled with brightness and enthusiasm for life, when we knew him in Berwyn.
Although, we have not seen him for many many years, we still feel that his energy went on to his transitioning over to the other side. All family and friends can continue to feel his presence and love.

    In Love and Light,
    Diane Hlosta-Volney
    Rosemarie Hlosta
    Marie Frenden
