Richard P. Kolack (a.k.a. The Creep), age 79, of Lyons, originally of Brookfield. Loving father of Rebecca (Frank) Horvath and Melissa Kolack; grandfather (gwampa) of Lauren Kolack; son of the late Joseph and Julia Kolack; brother of Mike (Anne) Kolack and the late Joseph (Jerri) Kolack and Robert (Doris) Kolack; dear friend of Sharon Dunn; uncle to Greg, Jeff, Stephen, Ronnie, Connie, Scott and Taja. Rich was a die hard Chicago White Sox fan, the best Pops ever, and will be loved and missed by all.
