Obituary
Richard J. Hurbanis, age 78, of Indian Head Park. Beloved husband of Ruth Hurbanis, nee Adler; devoted father of Kenneth (Joyce) Hurbanis, Kevin (Julie) Hurbanis and Karen (Philip) Morrissey; loving grandfather of Jack, Emma, Ina, Grace, Garrett and Erin. Rich was a 50 Year Mason, currently of Westchester Lodge 995; longtime member of Medinah Shriners, Past President of the West Suburban Shrine Club, and a lifelong member and past Council President of Sts. Peter and Paul Lutheran Church.
Visitation Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 3 P.M. to 8 P.M. and Wednesday, April 14, 2021 from 10:30 A.M. to 11 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Service Wednesday 11 A.M. at the Funeral Home.
Current Covid Regulations allow for a maximum of 50 people in the funeral home at a time. Face coverings are required, the lounge facilities are closed, outside food or beverages are not allowed at this time. All are asked to pay their respects/condolences to the Hurbanis Family, please be cognitive of others waiting to do the same.
