My sincerest condolences to the family. My memory of Mr. Hart is of a big smile and a gracious host. He had a big heart and loved his wife and family completely.
Rich was a great neighbor and friend to our family. He was my father’s best friend and horseshoe partner he loved baseball and taught my son how to play. He was so much fun and smiled all the time he was also a very good fisherman and taught my son to fish. I have many memories living across the street from the Hart family! Sandy and family I am truly sorry for your loss!!
