  8. Nancy & Donald Juday condolence:

It’s been our privilege to call Pat our friend for over 40 years. She was a very caring person, always interested in our kids, their activities and accomplishments. She and Norb drove to PA for our sons wedding. They drove to IN to celebrate Don’s parents 50th Anniversary and more trips when his parents passed away. Pat was always the gracious hostess. She and Norb always hosted at least one cookout for the “group” every summer; Christmas Open House to show off Norb’s Snow Village; dinners when Norb “cooked”. (There was the night he built a fire in the fireplace because I said I’d like to see a fire–something went wrong and the whole house was full of smoke)! We have memories of them hosting for many years, the annual KofC “Tootsie Roll Drive”. Pat would come up with a different menu for every meal on that weekend and still come up with new menus for the following year. They loved entertaining and somehow their house managed to accommodate many guests.
Also, with some help from our parents, they hosted a surprise 25th Wedding Anniversary party for us. We have wonderful memories of “going to the Theater” with them; long phone conversations with Pat; and the list goes on. We know Pat is with her beloved Norb, but we will deeply miss her and her treasured friendship!!! Peace Pat!

  9. Jessica Roth condolence:

So sad to hear. She was my mother (Shirley Roth) my aunt (Darlene Roth) and also myself (Jessica Roth) kindergarten teacher in Lincoln iconic round room. My family’s thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.

  10. Joyce Zuke condolence:

Both my daughters were taught by Mrs. Pacholski. I was a room mom for both also. I always enjoyed that the kids sang along to her playing the piano. I can still picture her singing and playing “She’s a Grand Old Flag”. She will be missed.

  11. Tina & Wally Felckowski condolence:

We’re very sorry to hear of the passing of Pat. She was such a sweet lady! We worked with Pat and Norb, many years ago, in the Discovery program through the Archdiocese. Whenever we were together, Pat and I would compare teaching experiences.

The world was a better place because of Pat. Now, she is one of God’s angels, watching over all her loved ones.

Our prayers are with you, at this difficult time.

  19. Lori Suzuki condolence:

Mrs. Pacholski was my kindergarten teacher in 1967. On the first day, she complimented a drawing that I did of a ballerina in a purple tu-tu. She said that it was beautiful and I still remember what the picture looked like. She had me from that moment on. I became a teacher…a kindergarten teacher for the majority of my 30 years in teaching. Thank you for inspiring me! I will never forget your kind and gentle ways!
