Patricia A. Jerkatis, nee Kenny

Obituary

Patricia A. Jerkatis, nee Kenny. Devoted wife of the late James C. Jerkatis, entered into eternal life on January 3, 2024. Daughter of the late William J. Kenny and Emily Kenny, nee Novak; dear mother of Kenneth (Maria), Karen, Paul and Gary; grandmother of Christopher and Danielle Krall, Kyle and Aaron Jerkatis, great grandmother of Damien and Liam Krall. A 55 year resident of La Grange Park, Patricia realized her greatest comfort in singing and enjoyed sharing her gift as a soprano in the church choir at St. Louise de Marillac. Together with her husband James, Patricia raised their four children, introducing them early to living in the outdoors and connecting with nature, enduring many long summers, creating family memories of camping, hiking, fishing, and often too many mosquitoes. Patricia will be remembered for her unselfish sacrifice, her unconditional love for family and friends, and all that she gave to make your day just a
little brighter; a living Angel and true Saint to her family and community.
