I remember Babe from the Sub Vets Wives meetings. She and Digger were at the very beginning of the Chicago Chapter of Submarine Veterans. They both made great contributions to the organization. And of course, my husband, Richard (Itchy) Freitag thought the world of both of them. My sincerest sympathies. Louise Freitag

Cathy, Ron, and family. My heart, thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I am so grateful that as I was growing up, I had the benefit of having your Mom - and your Dad in my life. I will always remain grateful for their positive example: Their loving kindness, generosity, and humor, will always be warmly remembered and appreciated. With love, cousin Jean Marie and family.
