Condolences
I still think about you and how much you meant to me. I remember all the great times me, Caryn and you had. I remember going out shopping with you guys and we went to many stores and outlets. We all had a great girls day out. Caryn liked the sporty section while we shopped at the ladies section. I remember Caryn was not into the clothing shopping. You had picked out some great clothes and see if she would try them on. She was like nooo. I remember saying to Caryn why not? It looks great go try it on. Caryn did at least try some things on. Later that day I remember we went to Sams Club or somewhere. You picked out this focaccia bread. I had never heard of it before. We got back to your house. You had warmed up that bread and that was so good and amazing. I can’t believe how long ago that had been. You were such a kind and amazing person. I remember you tried to teach me how to play bridge and I remember how you loved to sew and make beautiful clothes for your crafts and all those beanie babies. You had such a large collection of those wonderful beanie babies. You were such a fun and very artistic person. I also remember when I had bought my second car and came to pick up Caryn, you said “now don’t let her smoke in your nice new car”. That’s the thing, you were an amazing mom. I felt bad and guilty when I smoked in my car because of what you said. Me and Caryn were so young and we both knew it was bad to smoke cigarettes. I really wished me and Caryn never picked up that nasty horrible habit. There had been so many wonderful memories with you and your husband and Caryn. I will always cherish them forever. I’ll always remember and have a place in my heart for the love of cows and Lucy goosy, “the goose is on the loose. “. I do truly miss you Nancy

I have been thinking of Nancy for quite a while now and am thankful she is finally out of pain and at peace. I'm sure she put up a good fight, but some things are just meant to be. I'm offering my prayers and condolences to Fred who was, I'm sure, by her side for all these years. Also Merrilyn, who traveled so far to comfort her sister in any way she could. Rest in peace, Nancy. Marilyn Firth
