Condolences
Eleanor it is with great sadness that we just became aware of Joe's passing. Please accept our deepest condolences. Our time spent spent at the RV Park, Benson Palm, Texas sharing genealogy, photography and very interesting discussions is one of my very fond memories of that time. We cherish the photos Joe took of Ted making music in the clubhouse. Signed... a Joseph C. Byrne original. We feel so blessed to have spent time with such a talented and interesting gentleman.

Joe Byrne checked all the boxes and more of what I look for in a friend. Lucky for him he had Eleanor, also a friend. So glad to have met both while RVing in south Texas. What a special guy. Such fond memories.

Dear Eleanor & Carey, thank you for sharing the details of Joe's last days with so much love and insight. I will always be grateful for all the work he put into keeping all of us together and informed. Eleanor, I hope you have found a way to experience some level of peace in the recent days. Hope it helps to know that Joe and you have always been two of my very favorite people in the whole world! Mary lou

Dear Eleanor and Carey, It’s been a privilege and an honor, sadly, to share your news in recent days, about Joe’s last days. I was blessed to speak briefly with Joe, a couple of weeks ago. His mood then still displayed the uniquely dynamic intelligence and personality that made him the kind, energetic, unselfish and accomplished friend to many that he was. Like you, Eleanor, Joe have been my dear friends for many years. He will be sorely and widely missed. Take comfort from each other and from good memories. Love, Jack

Dear Eleanor and Carey…. Thank you for sharing with me the last few weeks of Joe’s life. His recent Facebook call to me will always be in my mind and heart. It mean’t so much to both of us. Joe was one of my oldest friends even prior to our High School days. The weeks and months ahead will not be easy for you, but that too will pass. My warmest wishes for happiness to return to your lives, Love, Jack
