Condolences
It has been our honor and pleasure to live next door to Hub and Joanie Jay for the past 39 years. Hub and Joanie were both kind people. We will miss conversations with Hub over the back yard fence, his sense of humor and just being his next door neighbor. We extend our deepest sympathy to the entire Jay family.
