I loved Mrs. Stefanik. My mother and her were best friends and they have lived almost next door to each other for over 40 years. I can't imagine how many times they talked over the fence or stopped by to exchange a recipe or to share extra tomatoes. They looked after each other when they both became widows and it was comforting for their kids to know that they each had a friend to pass the time with. I hope that they will be back to catching up on family drama and neighborhood gossip when they are reunited. God Bless you Mrs. Stefanik and Rest in Peace.
