Our deepest condolences to you all. Mrs. Spevak was about as sweet as they get. I got to know her at the Spevak house when I was about 12, waiting for my very 1st drum lessons from Vern Senior. She always made me feel at home, and always loved that eternal smile on her face. She is in our prayers.

Dearest Gary,Tracy,Vern and Eilee To say I'm in shock is an understatement. Your mother loved you more than life itself. She was my dearest friend for more than 30 yrs. Her vitality and zest for life, her compassion and kindness will deeply missed. It was/is the greatest privilege knowing her and having her in my life. To be a fly on a cloud to see her and Shirley getting their party on lol. I loved her dearly and will miss her forever. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Bet she's learning the Argentinian Tango!!

My deepest condolences to the Spevak family. Eleanor was wonderful, thoughtful, generous and kind. She was a great addition to the North Riverside Public Library Youth Services Volunteer group. The time she spent at the library was enjoyed by staff and kids alike! Prayers to all who she loved.
