Carol A. Polcyn, nee Hartman

I just saw the notice in The Landmark that Carol had passed away. I extend my sincere sympathy on the loss of such a wonderful woman. I will miss our little conversations at the desk when I am checking out after my appointment. Tara I am so sorry and to all the individuals at Creative Dental. You are all in my prayers.

I just seen the announcement from creative dental. I actually met Carole the her mom Ruth, 8 years ago. Both we extremely pleasant to talk to, and I will very much miss seeing her at the dental office. Condolences to Tara and the rest of your family. Be safe.

I'm so sorry to hear of Carol's passing. She was my manager at JC Penney in N. Riverside when I was in H.S. she was always so kind and funny. We all loved her because she was our cool manager. My condolences go out to her family, she was a great lady.

So very sorry to hear of Carols passing. I always enjoyed our talks at the Dental office. She was always so helpful getting thru my insurance issues and just sharing life’s stories in general. We had a wonderful sense of humor. I never knew she went to LT and we were a year apart. Great Lady and this is a Great loss to our Brookfield community. My deepest condolences to all her family and friends for this tragic loss. I will personally miss her greatly! :(

Carol, what a great friend she was. We were room moms together. Mike and my son were good friends in grade and high school. My daughter went to school with Alex and my younger son with Tara. My sympathies to the Polcyn family. Rev Joanne Fitzgerald

Dear Ed, Tara and Family- I have the most amazing memories of your family and your mom's positive smile, love and care is right at the center of it.
