Carl Roger Coffland

Dear Family, May I extend my condolences to you on Carl's passing. I knew him while working for the DPW in LaGrange. Park. I have many fond memories of Carl stopping by the shop and always being one to bring joy and laughter no matter what kind of day he might have been having. My fondest memories was when I and my crew would be working in sub zero weather on a water man break and Carl would show up with coffee never asking or wanting anything in return. He was a gracious and caring friend. I am a better person for knowing him. May he rest in peace Rick Hoffman
