Pekarik; fond mother of George Pekarik and William Pekarik; mother in law of Andrea Pekarik-Welch; loving grandmother of Joseph Pekarik, Michelle (Michael) Becker, Kathryn (Christopher) Chandler and Laura Pekarik; great grandmother of Sam, Andi, Mason and Matthew; sister of the late Laverne Jeslis; aunt of Jerry, George, Joanne, David, Boni and John.
