Obituary
Lenore J. Parrilli, nee Paveleck, age 87, of Broadview. Took God’s loving hand and passed peacefully surrounded by her loved ones. Beloved daughter of the late John J. Paveleck and Cecelia A. Paveleck, nee Rogal; loving sister of Maxine Mora, nee Budyn, Marie (Livio) Ochoa, nee Budyn; aunt of Bridget (Joseph) Diaz, Michael (Linda) Franklin, LeeAnn (Gary) Boardman, Elena Ford and Roy Ochoa; great-aunt of Brandon and Phillip Diaz, Nathan and Alex Verschoor, Danielle Schell, Andrew Franklin; great great-aunt of Raine Verschoor.
Our dear Aunt Len was a strong, independent, hard working woman. She worked as a Cardiac Nurse at the Jessie Brown V.A. Hospital for over 35 years. After retiring from there she worked for Miracle Ear in North Riverside for 10 years, before retiring for a second time. From there Aunt Len worked for a podiatrist’s office in Westchester as a administrative assistant for 15 years. Aunt Len is the only person I know that has retired three times in a lifetime. Len was 82 when she finally decided to be a lady of leisure.
Lenore was one of the classist ladies a person could know. Lover of all animals, she had six dogs at different times in her life and was a best friend of all birds and squirrels that graced her backyard. Enjoyed meeting new people and cherished all her friends. Our Aunt Len will truly be missed. She joins all the angels in Heaven. We rejoice that she is in the loving arms of God and in the company of all those that have gone before her.
