Kathleen Kavanaugh, nee McDowell, age 67, of Brookfield. Beloved wife of the late Edward Kavanaugh; loving mother of Amanda (Jason) Carter, Joe (Kristin) Czapski, Linnea (John Sobocinski) Kavanaugh, Ryan (Melissa Keshen) Kavanaugh; dear grandmother of Maria, Violet and Lincoln; daughter of Alice Bresnahan, nee Cleven, and the late Robert McDowell; sister of Laurie (Art) Erdmann, Beth (Tom) Jedlicka, Pete McDowell, Pat (Brenda) McDowell, Cindy (Jim) Abrahamson, and Paul (Rosie) McDowell; dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 from 2 P.M. to time of Service 5 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. The Memorial Gathering will also celebrate the life of Edward Kavanaugh.
For the safety of all, the family respectfully requests that all in attendance wear a face covering.
