Kostelancik, nee Lesak; fond father of David (Patricia) Kostelancik, Kathi (Jim) Zinsser and Ken (Nancy) Kostelancik; dear grandfather of Timothy, Daniel and Benjamin Kostelancik; brother of Emil (the late Carol) Kostel; uncle of Donna Kostel; cousin to many.
