John Makay Purchase, age 60, of Downers Grove, formerly of Willow Springs. Beloved husband of Charmaine Purchase, nee Sansone; fond father of Nicole Purchase and the late Anthony Purchase; dear son of Evalia Purchase, nee Zima and the late Ian Purchase; brother of Richard Purchase; friend to many.
On Saturday, April 23, 2022 guests will meet at Hitzeman Funeral Home at 11:45 A.M. to line up for a funeral procession to take John to his final resting place. The procession will leave promptly at 12:00 P.M. and will proceed to Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside. Graveside Service 12:30 P.M.
Arrangements entrusted to Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513 to Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
John was an avid motorcyclist, loved to ride whenever he could. He was involved with Toys for Tots and a member of the Elks Club.
