Beloved wife of 70 years to Myles Tlusty, fond mother of Michael (Mary Carol ) Tlusty, Elaine(John) Artale; dear grandmother of Karly, Kristina, Jennifer, Ryan, Bradley and Mitchel; great grandmother of Kevin, Louis, Emma, Luke and Jane; sister of Raymond (the late Shirley) Kollock; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Lying in State Tuesday, June 1, 2021 from 9:00 A.M. to time of Mass 11:00 A.M. at the Sisters of St. Joseph Mother House Chapel, 1515 W. Ogden Ave. LaGrange Park. Please enter Alexine Chapel by using the Eastside entrance(faces Nazareth Academy)
All wishing to attend the visitation and Mass must wear face coverings. 150 guests maximum will be allowed to attend Mass. Walk-ins will be welcome on a space limited basis.
