(the late Joan nee Adler) Jacobs; dear grandmother of Jeffrey (Nancy) Jacobs; great-grandmother of Jon Porter and Matthew Porter; aunt of many nieces and nephews; Visitation Wednesday, March 23, 2005, 2 PM to 8 PM at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield.
