Mikulka, age 91, of La Grange Park, WW II Navy Veteran, beloved husband of the late Margaret “Peggy” Mikulka, nee Ward; loving father of Carol (Joe) Turnbo, Tom(Sue) Mikulka and Diane (Rick) Adams; dear grandfather of Kelly, Craig, Bret, and the late Corey; great-grandfather of 3; dear friend to all who knew him. Visitation Thursday May, 14, 2009, 3 P.M. to 9 P.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield. Will lie in state Friday May, 15, 2009 9:30 A.M. to time of service 10 A.M. at Western Springs Baptist Church 4475 Wolf Rd Western Springs, IL 60558. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
