Dr. Michael “Mike” D. Bovis age, 77 of La Grange Park. Beloved husband of Patricia “Patty” W. Bovis, nee West; loving father of Megan (the late Tony Kirke) Bovis and the late Lauren Bovis; brother of George (Betty) Bovis; brother-in-law of Lauren (Larry) Sinn; uncle of Beth Ann (David Feldstein) Bovis, Christopher (Andee) Bovis, Rose Marie Bilyeau and Robert (Valerie) Sinn. He had a dental practice for over 35 years, serving the Riverside area.
Will Lie in State Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 10:30 A.M. to time of Mass 11 A.M. at St Francis Xavier Church, La Grange.

On behalf of my York Community High School class of 1962, I extend our sympathies to Mike’s family. His mother was my favorite teacher (3rd grade) at Yorkfield. Mike may have gotten his gentle humor and sparkle in the eye from his mom. The Bovis Family is in our thoughts.
