Barbara Ann Spada, nee Conant, age 80 of Merrillville, Indiana, formerly of Chicago and of Homewood Flossmoor, Illinois. Beloved wife of the late Alfred T. Spada, Sr., she is survived by her children Mary Spada (W. Anthony Binder), Elizabeth (George) Alexopoulos and Alfred (Beth) Spada, Jr.; and her grandchildren Alyssa, Katerina, Alfred, Abigail, Barbara, Audrey, Lukas, Titas and Antonio. Loving sister of Sharon (Conant) Hailey (deceased), Sheila (Conant)Baldwin and Chris (Conant) Rozelle and beloved aunt of Kristen (Schmidt) Link, Mark Schmidt, Jennifer (Baldwin) Hunter, Ethan Baldwin, Matthew Baldwin, Brian Rozelle, Jeff Rozelle, David Spada, Nicole Spada-Wyatt, Steven Spada, Sheila Spada Scherry, Sharon Spada Gerken and Stacey Spada.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, services are postponed to a future date, when the Family plans to host a memorial mass and gathering.

Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, IL.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Hitzeman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 9445 W. 31st St., Brookfield, IL 60513.
