Ann Kurhayez, nee Zeman, age 101, of Seminole, FL., formerly of Berwyn. Beloved wife of the late Frank Kurhayez, Sr., fond mother of Frank Kurhayez, Jr.; dear grandmother of Jeffery (Laura) Kurhayez and Jillian (James) Collins; great grandmother of Jake, Abby, Arden and Courtney. Visitation, Tuesday, August 23, 2016 from 10 A.M. to Time of Service 11 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Interment Bohemian National Cemetery.
