Anita Louise Horak, nee Duczman, age 88 of Hanover Park, formerly of Berwyn. Beloved wife of the late Milan John Horak, Sr; dear mother of Karen Lynn (Mario) Maiorano; Milan John (Brenda) Horak, Jr., Louis Dale (Deborah) Horak, Brian Michael Horak, Garry Todd (Mary Beth) Horak and the late David Mark Horak; fond grandmother of Michael (Chloe) Maiorano, Scott (Holly) Maiorano, Amy (Michael) DeLance and Garry Todd Horak, Jr.; great- grandmother of Pearl Maiorano, Hazel Maiorano and Logan DeLance; sister of Milan “James” (the late Eleanor) Duczman, the late Louis “George” Duczman, and Steve Duczman; aunt of many nieces and nephews.
