Kitzer; dear son of Helen Racan and Edward Racan and son-in-law of William Conmy and Margaret Conmy; beloved brother of Phillip (Gayla) Kitzer, Richard (Roselle) Kitzer, Diane Gross, Edward Racan, Cynthia (Jim) Webb, Brad Racan and Beth (Randy) Wagner; caring nephew and cousin and uncle dear to many nieces and nephews; Dedicated to Brookfield Public Works for 36 years, Superintendent for 5 Years.
