I was sorry to learn of Vlasta’s passing. I know that my mother adored her and even when Vlasta was fighting her own health battles, she took time to be a dear friend and support my mother through her decline. Her courage fighting her breast cancer , was inspirational to me. I will remember her for her kind eyes and easy laugh. My sincere sympathy for all who loved her.

  8. Patricia Madej, MD condolence:

Today, for some reason, I was remembering and thinking of Val and Roy. In my daily work, seeing them always brought much joy. What a classy, beautiful, loving couple they were.
