Sherry Lynn Rulo, nee Hybl, age 66, of Bella Vista, Arkansas. Beloved wife of Donald C. Rulo; loving mother of Toby (Tracy) Rulo and Timothy Rulo; grandmother of Tyler Rulo and Tristan Rulo; sister of Sally (Joseph) Valvoda; aunt of many nieces and nephews; cousin of many.
Visitation Monday, October 24, 2022 3:00 P.M to 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, October 25, 2022 10:30 A.M. to time of Service 11:00 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd. 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral Service 11:00 A.M.
Interment Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago, IL.

Devoted to her grandchildren. Volunteered at Beds Plus in La Grange, IL and the Bella Vista Library, Bella Vista AR. Sunday school teacher at Grace Lutheran School in La Grange, IL. Avid reader of murder mysteries. Enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, as well as Sudoku puzzles. Animal lover, especially every dog she had throughout her life. She took great joy in the walks she would go on with her dogs; they gave her incentive to enjoy life.

My deepest sympathies to the Rulo family. I used to work with Sherry at Loyola. She such a wonderful person. I’m sorry for your loss.

Sherry was my friend in high school; she was always kind to me. May she rest in peace.
I was a volunteer with Sherry at the Bella Vista library. She was a joy to work with and we traded thoughts on books as we would read them. Sherry will be missed at the library.
She mentioned so often the names of her family. One could tell of her great love for each of you. I know you will miss her and prayers for those of you who loved her.
May GOD Bless and keep you and your family Tim, Granting you Peace that surpasses all Understanding
Oh my, shocking to learn this. Sherry was my freshman roommate in the Northern Illinois University dorm. She was studying to become a teacher. Don would visit sometimes on weekends.
Sherry was quiet, kind, and beautiful. Good bye friend.

Sherry was a wonderful person who shared her love of children by volunteering in the Children’s Department at the Bella Vista Public Library. She was so loving, kind, and talented. She will be missed by all who knew her! Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Volunteers, staff members, and patrons alike…everyone at the Bella Vista Public Library liked Sherry. She had a special light. Our hearts go out to all of Sherry’s family.

My heart goes out to Sherry’s family and friends. I volunteered for five years with Sherry at the Bella Vista Library. We all really enjoyed working with each other and going for the occasional lunches. I miss her already.
The Bella Vista Animal Shelter has received a donation in Sherry’s name from Mary Ann Morgan. Good friends leave lasting memories in our hearts. We are deeply sorry for your loss.
She was a beautiful lady and a good friend . I will miss her deeply. Flights of angels sing thee to thy rest. God Bless my friend rest well .
