Beloved husband of Carole Tlusty, nee Polk and the late Charlotte Tlusty, nee Fajfar; dear father of Tim (Holly) Tlusty, Debbie (Shawn) Bingham; step father of Jim (Lynn) Jarog, Philip (Diane) Jarog and Deborah (Thomas) Stawinoga; loving grandfather of: Tyler and Dylan Tlusty; Ryan Bingham; Jennifer, Anna Marie and Brittany Jarog; Nycole and Gina Stawinoga; brother of the late Richard Dykhuis; uncle of many nieces and nephews. Visitation Thursday, September 20, 2012, from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Friday, September 21, 2012, from 10:30 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield, Funeral Friday 11:00 A.M. to St. Louise de Marillac Church, La Grange Park. Mass 11:30 A.M. Interment Private Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Richard was a long time member of the American Sokol.
