    I have many joyful memories together with Rick. Although Rick, myself and our mutual friends were together as a group only in our youth, I will remember these times fondly. Chatting, school, service station, baseball in summers in “the field”, pond hockey near the zoo, Rick’s determination playing all sports, Rick’s good & gentle heart. In my mind and heart, a part of us will always be together in Brookfield, IL, in “our neighborhood”. My deepest condolences to his family. Rick’s achievements and friendship will not be forgotten.
