Phyllis Lake, age 60, of Brookfield; dear daughter of William J. (Ramona) Lake and Antoinette Lake, nee Tota; fond sister of Janet (Dan Aylward) DeCoste and the late Barbara A. Lake; sister in law of the late Michael DeCoste; stepsister of Laura (Todd) Bagent, Leah (Jim) Sheridan and Lynn Pahlke; granddaughter of the late Anthony (the late Phyllis) Tota and the late William (the late Mary) Lake; niece of Margaret (Robert) Gonnella; cousin to many.
Visitation Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 3 p.m. to time of Service 7 p.m. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield.
Interment Private Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
All State and Federal Covid – Recommendations & Guidelines are followed. All guests entering the building must wear a facial covering and maintain social distancing. A maximum of 50 guests are allowed to pay respects and attend funeral service at a time.

We were so saddened by the news,but we are comforted that Phyllis is surrounded by Angels and no longer in any pain. She was so devoted to her family and will be greatly missed. May God bless you all and send many earthly angels to guide and care for you!
She was a one of the sweetest souls I ever met. She was so loving and caring towards everyone. She will be greatly missed.
May she rest in peace in the arms of the angels. She was one of the sweetest people you could ever meet. Prayers for everyone.
