William Grabiec, Sr.

William T. Grabiec, Sr., age 86 of Hillside. Beloved husband of Shirley A. Grabiec, nee Nielson; dear father of Christine (Edward) Oresar, Maria Grabiec and William Grabiec, Jr.; grandfather of Michael (Katie) Oresar, Amanda (Sean) Carbone, Nicole Oresar, Brian Grabiec, Kara Grabiec and Brody Grabiec; great grandfather of Mason, Gavin, Tyler, Trevor, Junior, Jeffrey, Briella, Bailey, Cecelia and Jordyn; brother of the late Barbara (the late Thomas) Cheehy; brother in law of Marie Waldon and the late John (Glenda) Nielson; uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Bill was an avid sportsman, he especially loved hunting, fishing and golfing; all things outdoors. Proud member of the Sheet Metal Union Local 73 for over 40 years. Past member of the Loyal Order of the Moose.

Visitation Monday, June 10, 2024 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Tuesday, June 11, 2024 from 8:30 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home Ltd., 9445 31st St., Brookfield, IL 60513. Funeral 9:00 A.M. to St Domitilla Church, 4940 Washington, Hillside, Il 60162. Mass 10:00 A.M.

Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Hillside.
