III (Mary) Cerkez and Elaine M. (Gary) Raymond;. dear grandfather of Samantha Cerkez, Nathan Raymond, Samuel Raymond, Tova Raymond; brother to the late Lillian (the late Clarence) Cizek; uncle to Judith Cizek.
