Koukola, nee Lewis, age 82, of La Grange. Beloved wife of the late William Koukola; loving mother Robin (Ken Valskis) Koukola, Robert (Kimberly) Koukola, Kimberly (the late Paul) Schade, Andrea (Chris) Peters, Jason (Jackie) Koukola and Jennifer Koukola; grandmother of Jamie (Matt Hendrickson) Roelofs, Kaitlin (Shane Anderson) Roelofs, Patrick (Melanie) Koukola, Kathleen (Wojciech) Kubala, Paul Schade, Jr., Jana Schade, Henry Peters, Andrew Peters, Jonathan Koukola, Mackenzie Koukola, Hunter Koukola, Dakota Koukola, Lillian Shambo and William Shambo; great grandmother of Gracie, Emma, William, Luke, Benjamin, Isabella and Harrison.

Interment St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Hodgkins.
