Stephanie L. Maslanka, Nee Stelmach

Stephanie L. Maslanka, nee Stelmach, age 95, of La Grange Park and River Forest, whose ever cheerful spirit inspired those around her.  She passed peacefully with family by her side.  Beloved wife of the late Thaddeus Raymond Maslanka; dear mother of Michael Maslanka; beloved grandmother of Matthew (Tiffany) Maslanka and Andrew Maslanka;  sister of the late Jean (the late Bruno) Wilczynski, Edward (the late Lillian) Stelmach, and Irene (the late John) Pontarelli;  aunt of many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to nieces Claudia (Joseph) Pontarelli-Hallissey and Justine (William) Marinko who contributed so unselfishly to her care and needs, neighbors Olga, Norma, Jane and Paul, and most gratefully to the entire staff of Beechwood Manor at Bethlehem Woods Retirement ommunity (Karen Balluff, Angie, Anna, Danuta, Debbie, Irma, Mary) who made her feel like family.
