Drnek, nee Zapotocky; devoted father of James (Deborah) Drnek and Sylvia (Andrew) Sherlag; dear grandfather of Kimberly (Brian) Dusza, James (Suzanne) Drnek, Amy (Keith) Burokas, Jesse (Katie) Drnek, Alyce (Rafael) Alexander, Katie (Roman) Vyskocil, Nick (Karli) Sherlag and Joseph Sherlag; great grandfather of 12; brother of Edward (Rosemary) Drnek and the late Mildred (the late Tom) Kubes; uncle and great uncle to many. Rudy was known for his love for music as a concertina player and was a member of the Chicago Federation of Musicians for over 60 years.
