Dr. Michael P. Pill, age 88 of Westmont, formerly of Riverside and Longboat Key, FL., passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on December 11, 2015 after a long struggle with cancer. WWII Navy Veteran and Honor Flight participant. Michael was an avid traveler but most enjoyed delivering babies and practicing Gynecology for 39 years at MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn. Beloved husband of 62 years to Irene Pill, nee Vostal; dear father of Gregg (Patti) Pill and Kerry (Debbie) Pill; grandfather of Kevin, Michael and James Pill. Visitation Wednesday, December 16, 2015, 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Thursday December 17, 2015, 9 A.M. to 9:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 W. 31st Street, Brookfield IL 60513.
