Phyllis was a Registered Nurse who worked in many medical areas; including but not limited to, labor/delivery, cancer care, rehab, home health and elder care. Phyllis was loved by all of her patients working in many facilities including, Hines, V.A. Hosptial, LaGrange Memorial Hospital and The British Home.
