(Rita) Ptacek; Dear grandma to Zachary Gasa, Travis Gasa, Marina Ptacek and Angela Ptacek; Sister to the late Mary (Frank) Myslik, Lillian (John) Pavlicek, Helen (Stanley) Spolinski, Bessie Louda and Frank (Geraldine) Endrias Jr.; Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
